Return & Store Credit Policy

Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, have original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. We ask that the customer pays to have the item(s) returned. If a replacement item is being sent, The Pineapple Boutique will process the shipping the same as the original order. IE: If the original order was less than $50 then the $3 flat rate fee will be added to the invoice. If the original order was over $50 to qualify for free shipping, we will ship the replacement for free. Please feel free to message us with any questions!!

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/vendor.

Partial Store Credits are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

*** Due to Covid-19 and delays in shipping, this time period will be extended to 30 days with proof of return shipping receipt*** 

Store Credit for Returned Item (if applicable): Once your return is received it will be inspected for the defect claimed. Upon approval of returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the Store Credit amount and how you can proceed with using. If returned item was purchased during a sale, the flash sale price of the item will be issued as a store credit & not the original price.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit & only if defective. Sale items are not eligible for return. 

If returned item was purchased during a flash sale, and arrives defective, the flash sale price of the item will be issued as a store credit & not the original price upon compliance with exchange item policy below.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items for an even exchange if they are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email with the details of the defect along with a picture to pineapple.co.jess@gmail.com and send the item to 1255 Township Road 856 Ashland, Ohio 44805. Once you have sent the defective product, please send us the tracking number and/or shipping details and we will send your replacement product. In the event that your size is no longer available in the same product, you will be issued a store credit.

*Please note that the product needs to be unworn and with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Sale items are NOT eligible for returns, any items ending in $.99 are not eligible for return.

If you are returning an item and getting a different one to replace it, the difference will be owed and the shipping determined as mentioned in the top of this policy. It will be sent to you by a staff member for your completion before the replacement is sent. If there is a credit owed to you upon receipt of the new invoice, it will be given in the form of a store credit code. 

***ALL ITEMS, MERCHANDISE, INVENTORY, PRODUCTS OF EVERY KIND SOLD AT THE PINEAPPLE BOUTIQUE ARE CAREFULLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT & BEFORE SHIPPING***

We do acknowledge that some small defects could be missed, we take great care to send costumers top quality products. Please be sure to include pictures in the email should you have defective clothing or accessories arrive. 

It is the customers responsibility to check their items before removing tags. Removal of tags automatically voids return eligibility.  

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1255 Township Road 856 Ashland, Ohio 44805. 

Shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
